Compensation & Bonus:
Your base salary will be $57,500 per year, paid bi-weekly. You are eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 8% of base salary, evaluated each December. A signing bonus of $3,000 (12-month full repayment clause) will be issued with your first paycheck.

Benefits:
BrightPath offers medical, dental, and vision insurance with 80% employer-paid premium. We provide a 401(k) with 3% employer match and 12 days PTO plus 10 federal holidays. Our team operates on a fully remote schedule.

L&D Specialist Perks:
You will receive a $1,500 annual L&D professional development budget for certifications (CPTD, SHRM-CP) and conferences. Access to our enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) and a structured 6-month onboarding mentorship are also included.

Additional Terms:
This offer includes a 12-month non-compete agreement with direct corporate L&D competitors, as well as an intellectual property assignment clause. An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is provided at no cost.
